The course
No refund once you've opened any lesson — it's digital content that's consumed the moment you access it. If you haven't opened any lesson yet, contact us and we'll review your request. Course access lasts a full year from the date you enroll.
Remote tuning
No refund once we've started actual work on your vehicle's tune file — it's custom, manual work done specifically for your car. If you want to cancel before we've started, you get a full refund.
In-person tuning (Kuwait only)
This service isn't paid online — payment happens directly when the work is done. To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp with enough notice.
